"Just all-round unprofessional :("

Just all-round unprofessional :(
Experience 1 - arrived early, as they suggest, to grab some food - only to find they only had crisps and drinks because a gas canister had run out - despite being texted an hour before, with a link to the menu. Sound is played through the car radio (great) except that there was a lag, so mouths and words didnt match - really off-putting.


Experience 2 - event cancelled due to COVID (that part's obviously fine) but no contact details on the website, sent a really unprofessional email with gift voucher details with no option for a refund (I could do with the cash back, tbh). Who knows if they will actually ever be back and heaven knows how to contact them if they aren't

I only re-booked as there wasn't much else you could do at the time & my daughter loved it. Wont make that mistake again.

"Tickets booked for the 28th december"

Tickets booked for the 28th december. Got told it was cancelled t0 minutes before by email. I was expecting that except they found out on the 24th and told me on the 23rd (wrongly) that the screening could go ahead. They offer a voucher now. I don't want a voucher. A refund will do. They have not responded to any contact made by me and have removed all contact details and other information from there website. They have lost me a customer and i will initiate legal proceeding to get my refund regardless of how much it costs.

Went to Nightflix in Coventry and had an awesome night chilling In our car watching die hard.
Well ran and organised and the food we had was lush, loved the nacho burger and baileys hot chocolate From the food stall

"Great outing idea, though bring your own food."

Great idea for something to do when it's too cold to stand outside. We arrived early and got front row seats, not sure what the view would have been like for the cars behind. Very good viewing experience. I suppose you miss out on some of the video quality as it's bing projected onto a sheet.
My only gripe was the food, it was very poor quality cinema food, you'd be better to bring snacks from home.
Also, We never actually received our booking information for the showing, and couldn't get hold of anyone to check- despite emailing and ringing the only number available. Luckily when we arrived they had the details of our car reg on their system, so we were allowed in.
Overall great cinema experience, could be made even better with a customer service line and better food.

"Avoid or take a risk of losing money"

Only giving 1 star as no option to give 0 stars. Completely unprofessional business, totally relying on people keeping an eye on their social media page for updates. They claim to be sending communicationa via email but they do not arrive. Then to top things off they do not respond to messages and have terms and conditions that dont comply with current legislation where refunds are concerned. Am sure when events go ahead (and there is no need to contact them) things are great, but as soon as event is cancelled they are appalling.

Great concept given the challenging year, but I wouldn't waste any money (like I have) booking with this company.

"No communication regarding cancellation"

No communication regarding cancellation, and we only booked a ticket because cinemas are closed and Nightflix stated that they would be open. Don’t want to reschedule to a later date when we’d rather go to a cinema. The “no refunds” policy is horrible. So looks like I just threw away some money.

"Unprofessional and last minute! Poor"

My partner and I bought tickets on the 21st December 2020, for tonight’s 26th showing. We thought that this would be a safe environment as you would be in your own car and away from everyone thinking this event would still take place. We was about to leave to be there as advised for 4:30pm for a 5:30pm showing, food made and packed only to receive a text at 4:00pm today saying it’s cancelled, followed up by 5 mins later with a confusing text saying “hot food available from the wing guys” no response from a phone call we made, then we followed up with an email and received a automated poorly written response that was as if a child had put it together. We don’t want a voucher we want our money back! Little too late to send out texts when I’m sure lots of people would have been on their way to the MK venue. Joke.

"Shocking."

WE ALONG WITH A COUPLE OF OTHER CARS WAITED FOR A WHILE FOR SOMEONE TO OPEN THE CAR GATE AT THE NATIONAL BOWL MK. NO ONE TO TALK TO...PLENTY OF PHONECALLS THAT WENT UNANSWERED. I CANT BELIEVE YOU JUST SOLD US TICKETS A FEW HOURS ON THE ACTUAL DAY KNOWING THAT THE MOVIE WOULDNT RUN!!! A FAMILY MOVIE WHERE KIDS SHOWED UP READY AND EXCITED DURING A LOCKDOWN AND WITHOUT A PLAN B FOR US PARENTS!!! IF YOU HAD ANY DESCENCY YOU WOULD HAVE AT LEAST HAD SOMEONE AT THE GATE APOLOGIZING AND LETTING US KNOW IT WAS CANCELLED. NOPE. YOU JUST GOT OUR 30POUNDS THE MORNING OF AND THEN LET US SHOW UP TO NOTHING. SHAME ON YOU. YOU ARE ALL DISGUSTING.
