This is a scam operation. Ordered a product which had multiple quality issues. Failed repair attemps and several cancelled deliveries. SB ignored refund and return request. If you made the mistake and ordered something, dispute the transaction with your credit card company (section 75) or use the chargeback facility for debit card.

"Waste of time"
Drove all the way to their showroom which was deserted and in a mess.Finally found the boss and his mate plus the chair we were looking for.They showed us the samples,we chose one only to be told "Ohno you can`t have it in that one".The boss said would email the manufacturer to see if he could make in our choice and he would let us know the next day.That was 2 weeks ago, they obs don`t need our order ?? Disorganised and useless

Avoid at all cost. Still waiting for chairs after nearly 3 months. Contact is abysmal and even when I do finally get a response, it's always "delay on container ship".
Trying to get a refund, but its impossible to get them to answer the phone.
Update 01/08/2022: Finally received chairs after 3.5 months. And to be fair, they are nice and were packed well, but overall the communication has been very poor.

"ZERO stars AVOID"
ZERO stars AVOID: I ordered chairs in May expecting them in a week as the website didnt say otherwise, and still no sign of them in July - over two months of excuses via email that they are waiting for shipment to come in, then waiting for to arrive at the dock, then waiting for it to arrive at the warehouse, and then promising it will be delivered the next week - thats come and gone and still no sign. Calling them is useless - tried 3 times over 3 weeks each time it goes on hold saying Im no.1 in the queue and then after 20 minutes it either cuts off or goes to a voice mail system! WHY? And no call back by the way. ZERO stars for fulfilling an order and ZERO stars for customer service. 5 stars for a frustrating and time wasting experience.

AVOID AVOID AVOID
A truly appalling company. We ordered a set of chairs early January 2022, which did not arrive until June 2022. During this period were continually assured that the goods would arrive on specific dates, but no show every time. The chairs eventually arrived almost 6 months later with damaged upholstery, for which they blamed the courier, but it is hard to see how missing upholstery buttons could be attributed to this. More likely the goods were not checked on leaving their depot, i.e. absolutely no quality control. All communication from the company throughout this period had to be initiated by ourselves, with no apology or compensation offered for having £158 of our money for over 21 weeks. The goods were eventually uplifted and after warning of our intention to begin court proceedings, the money was eventually refunded. They clearer have have nothing but cynical contempt for thier customers. Incredible they are still in business, but I've read elsewhere here that they also operate under the name Stonebutterfly. So watch out.

"Black pen marks on a new white leather chair :-("
I ordered a white leather Eames style chair and it arrived with several very visible black pen marks. My initial contact with customer service agreed they should not be there and suggested I purchase some leather cleaner and try to remove the marks myself. I asked if they take responsibility if this causes damage as each mark was several cm long. No reply to this and all subsequent emails. I now have a white chair with several noticeable black scribbles and no attempt at all to resolve this issue. I am really disappointed with the customer service, especially as I'm not asking for anything unreasonable.
