"Rogue company with dire customer care! "

My order never arrived and Landys Chemist refused to refund me. I am out of pocket by over 70 quid! Alll I get is A.I generated (rude and accusatory) emails from them. Buyers beware! Pay a little more and buy elsewhere.

It was only after I contacted my credit card company the seller got in touch....with more accusatory emails trying to put the blame on me. They are an utter disgrace.

I am now left having to foot the bill of a small claims court case to get my money back if my credit card company is unsuccessful .

Don't trust these guys, I have never been so insulted by such a rogue company.

I recently ordered some supplements from Landys Chemist and had a good experience overall. Ordering went smoothly and the order arrived on time. My only (minor) complaint is the packaging could have been better - it didn't affect the usability of the product in this instance, but the box arrived completely squished. I'd be happy to order from them again, though.
