Availability of hard to get medication

"NOT impressed with service"

I placed an urgent order on 6th Jan, and called yesterday to ask when dispatch would take place. The person I spoke to (name?) was quite rude given she was was a Customer Service assistant, saying words to the effect " I can't expect any information on when dispatch would happen" even tho I gave her my order number. Other reviews here say a quick delivery. I have had no confirmation of dispatch. Other companies I use (not for this product) dispatch within 24hrs. I am not impressed so far with Landy's, especially the rude CS assistant.

I ordered goods from Landys on 20 Dec 2024 - to date (8/01/2025) these items have not arrived and when I tried to get hold of Landys via email and phone they are never available - Now I am told that they have refunded part of my order -substituted an item and I will only receive this within a couple of days. When I now want to cancel the whole order I cannot get hold of them. -They have now assured me that my order is going express and i should receive it on 9/01/25

I was worried at first as I never ordered from Landys Chemist before. It was before Christmas and they kept me updated by email with the delivery. I would definitely order from Landys Chemist as they have competitive prices with good quality beauty products.

cheapest place to get it from very good for nails since using it i've had about 50 bottles buy i was paying £13 to £18 a bottle i love it if you use how you should nails will be lovely don't have to go and pay money at shop to mess yur nails up when removed
