First (& last) time using this company. I ordered 3 Clarins products and received an order confirmation. I heard nothing further for a week so sent an email. They did respond quickly to this with an apology stating one of my items had been out of stock (although, when I checked on their website this item was still available…..). They said the out of stock item was due the next day and would be sent to me immediately.
Instead, I received 2 of the 3 items and then (without any communication from them) I received a refund for the 3rd item so I’m guessing that the 3rd item has been cancelled. It would have been nice if they had communicated that to me.
I will shop elsewhere from now on.
