I appreciated the quick delivery of my order, especially during the height of the sale season. I placed the order on Sunday and received the items on Tuesday. Tiso used DPD which was helpful as I was given a 1-hour slot for delivery.

" gravel bike set up poorly do not reommend"

My daughter bought a Cannondale gravel bike from Tiso Edinburgh Leith Store. Because she is not an experienced cyclist she did not realise how poorly the pre delivery inspection/ set up was undertaken . First time out the chain fell off causing damage to the bike paint work. The chain kept coming off so we took the bike to a local bike shop who said the bike hadn’t been set up properly. We went back to the store and told them about it. They said the tech who set it up was no longer working for them anymore. No offer to review the bike. I would not recommended buying a bike from them and I would not buy another bike from them. Really disappointing
