"a shambles"

We were so pleased to see a George Fisher store open in Bath, a belated replacement for the wonderful Itchy Feet we hoped. But what a horror!... 2 visits 6 months apart show the shop to be an utter shambles . The staff are not being well led. On 14th jan a staff member, who's body odour was appalling, was standing unsmiling in the middle of the shop. Maybe he was there to deter shop lifting...it would work!

And the order, once send, was hanging in a loop. I could see it was submitted 3-4 days nothing happened it was on standby. No tracking Number was given.
As it was our first order with Tiso I was very worried not hearing From them either and that our Order didn't moved in any direction.

I contacted the customer service and once I have done that, they were really quick in responding and also sending the item out.
Like responding in couple of hours and we had our item the next day or the day after. Quick.
