Proseptic have just completed the installation of a new treatment plant for us.

The work was done promptly and neatly; the installation team (Nick and Darren) did a great job in difficult circumstances, and the administrative side has been handled very efficiently.

Careful reading and cross checking was done for several potentials, and Prosepitic were chosen on a basis of cost and professionalism.
After a site visit, the type of drainage field was determined.

Works had to be paused halfway through for water board and neighbour discussions, which proseptic helped us navigate. From our initial enquiry through to the installation and commissioning of our new tank we can thoroughly recommend Proseptic. We were rather apprehensive about the prospect of changing our old septic tank, but the team at ProSeptic made the conversion virtually stress free.
Tom (Roach) who carried out the initial survey was friendly, knowledgeable and positive. The back office staff, Sarah and Karen, provided us with communications which were helpful, timely and relevant.
The installation team headed by Luke and assisted by Aiden and Kieran were excellent. Nothing was too much trouble. We particularly appreciated their enthusiastic, cheerful, friendly and helpful manner.
The installation was started on the scheduled date, completed on time and to our full satisfaction.
