The gemologist I consulted with, Jack Cherry, was very knowledgable and patient with me as a complete novice and made the process clear and enjoyable. "The best quality and service in Hatton Garden"

Holts Gems was a ray of light in what was fast becoming a depressing wedding ring shopping experience. We consulted several shops in Hatton Garden and were either underwhelmed by the quality of what we saw (for extortionate prices) or disappointed by the service. By contrast, Holts Gems stood out for four reasons.

1. The staff are friendly, polite, helpful yet not pushy. In particular, Morsal helped us to design our rings and guided us through the whole process with a patient and enthusiastic manner.

2. The rings are made on site in their workshop and we could see the jewellers at work. We were also told about the process and shown aspects of it, which was interesting and made us feel a part of how the rings were made.

3. The quality of the rings is outstanding. The fit and the finish are simply perfect and incomparable to similar designs in other stores that we saw.

4. They offer a lifetime service of free polishing, cleaning and resizing. This gave us the peace of mind that our rings will be forever maintained as beautiful as the day we picked them up.

We really enjoyed the whole experience of designing our rings with Holts Gems and would unreservedly recommend them to anyone in search of rings.
