If you're heading to Hatton Garden in search of a ring and don't know where to start, give Holts a visit. Their showroom is immaculate and the service from initial enquiry through to aftercare is exceptional.

Jack quickly had me clued up on the value of different stones, explaining the reasoning for the various prices and showing me some examples.

I was after a very particular stone to form the centerpiece of my ring and Jack was able to find something that suited my budget without sacrificing quality.

My fiancé is delighted with her ring and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Holts.

I had asked my partner if I could design a bespoke engagement ring and after researching different places, we decided to book an appointment here. Camilo and the team at Holts Gems went above and beyond to ensure that the ring was exactly what we wanted and that the final product was perfect, talking through the design with us and providing us with expert knowledge and advice on every aspect of the ring. Once we were happy with the initial design, we were able to see a computer and physical model of the design to confirm it was what we wanted and were able to make some final adjustments to the design prior to creating the ring itself. Camilo even sourced gemstones in specific shades to include in the design at our request. Holts exceeded all expectations and Camilo and his team were incredibly professional, knowledgeable and helpful. They provided us with all the certification and valuation information we need for sorting out the insurance as well. The final design looks even more amazing (and sparkly!) than I imagined and we cannot thank them enough for helping to turn my dream engagement ring design into a reality. A huge thank you to Camilo and the Holts team for taking on my ‘challenge’ of a design! We will definitely be returning to the same place to buy our wedding rings when the time comes.

I went here with my partner to choose an engagement ring and I couldn’t recommend them highly enough. We went to a few Hatton Garden jewellers but Holts Gems stood out - the staff were hugely knowledgeable and friendly and they were happy to work within our budget. They provided a number of sapphires for me to choose from in the rather specific “teal blue” colour I had my heart set on and I was able to try on a range of different designs. The process allowed me to get exactly the ring I wanted and not compromise at a very competitive price.
