Really good service from ordering to delivery and quality products. The coffee from the Italian Passion ESE pod is very smooth and full of flavour. It’s not a problem but I noticed I seem to get a slightly larger shot with the latest batch so I was wondering if the consistency had changed: the flavour is the same. I would definitely recommend Puregusto.

I can now see why there are so many negative reviews on here.... I should have checked before I bought the items!
Very inflexible customer service, particularly as a new customer for their company. Offered no options that were useful apart from being "allowed" to return goods at my own expense! Other companies don't speak to their customers like this.
Safe to say, they have lost another customer and I will not be purchasing from them in future.

"Short Dated Tea Bags"

Bought 3 packs of Twinings The Earl Pyramid T Bags - 120 Tea Bags total cost £33.56. Despatched really quickly. Opened box to see Use by September 23. When bought from Twinings (they were out of stock) they usually have at least 18 months to use by.
Pure Gusto should have stated they had a short use by date as I would not have purchased them.
Will not buy from this company again.

"Rude, Horrendous and cheap-mannered costumer service"

Oh my gosh. I was so honest in my previous review to mention that their coffee deals are not bad for the price and I had a good experience with them long ago, then I mentioned I give them one star for lack of communications and awful costumer service. But my horrible experience with them yesterday, just made me understand that probably I was just lucky with my first purchase and the fact that their costumer service is not poor but HORRENDOUS, HARASSING and HORRIBLY RUDE.
Just imagine a horrible lady called me at 8:55 AM while I am on my way to my job in the morning and as soon as making sure its me, she started to shout and she scolded me why I gave them one star review and why I asked my refund money from PayPal. Thanks God their office is far away from my address, otherwise abusing all of information they have from their costumers ,she could probably overtake me by car with the way of talking and rude attitude she showed. Now I see why there are a lot of one star reviews on this page about their extremely rude costumer service and why the words (Horrible, Horrendous, Awful, you count it…) are repeatedly repeated in their reviews. Avoid this company and turn your way in the opposite direction as you can not imagine how rude they are….

I ordered yesterday and it arrived first thing this morning!! With all the doom and gloom of delays this time of year I expected 7 days+ couldn’t be happier. Also the coffee tastes great. Everyone in the office is happy!
