Horrible company. First they are disorganized. They first gave a quote that was a little high. Then they gave a second quote that was lower. I wanted to go with the lower quote and then they said it was unavailable--about 10 minutes after they gave the quote. So I went with the first quote.
Once payment was made, getting the documents of proof of insurance was so so difficult. The original person who helped was not returning emails nor calls.
I've had it for one year and definitely moving to another company. But in that year, we had one small claim--getting pieinsurance to help with the claim process took forever and it was so so so disorganized. It really felt like a scam...bait and switch. I initially went with pie insurance thinking they were cheaper. Cheaper is only good if service is good. Thumbs down down down for sure!!

"Bogus audit retroactive charges"
I cancelled PIE about a year ago because of poor service, refusal to pay claims, etc. I year later I got a bill for another $17,500 as the result of an audit a year before. They never showed me the results of the audit and never provided any explanation or forewarning, they just charged my credit card.I believe it was punishment for me cancelling their policy. Do not deal with these guys.
