She helped me immediately by filing the WC policy with the license board for out mutual client. I was able to call the insured and look like a total rockstar becasue of her help.

"5 star only for Steven Prichett 0 stars for billing and customer service"

This 5 star review is only for the customer service I received from our auditor Steven Prichett. He was on top of it all. I have debit where my payments are debited from our business account every month. After many attempts speaking to billing and customer service telling them I had a dispute to not take $7066 out of my account, they did it anyway! Customer service team and billing needs to take a course from Steven. These are hard times for all and just a little bit of concern and empathy and even a call back from billing or customer service which didn’t take place! So this 5 star only goes to Steven Prichett. Change up your team in billing and customer service your going to lose clients if you don’t!

"Extraordinary help with providing a COI"

When a certificate was requested by our Landlord, PIE"s representative was continually helpful as I tried to satisfy the Landlord's specific wording on the certificate. This involved multiple emails from me to PIE.

"If i could give zero stars I would!"

If i could give zero stars I would!! I have been trying to change or cancel my policy for over a week due to trying to make changes to my current policy THAT THEY HAVE IGNORED. I have emailed 5 times with no response, I have called their help line 15 times no one ever answers the phone they make you hold for 15 minutes and then send you to an answering machine to leave a message that they never return. THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE INVESTIGATED FOR FRAUD. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!! they debited my account for over $1200 in one month. the down payment was supposed to be $300 instead they charged me $775 and then 2 weeks later charged my account $409 when my policy was only supposed to be $212 a month. If I do not get my policy changed and my money back for being over charged I will go the legal route!!

"Emailing customer service lack. Needs to do better."

What made this experience great was the customer service specialist, Brielle Banks. I have been trying to get form C-105.2 since mid-September for an insurance renewal for our business. I have reached out several times, via email, to your customer service as well as to Carly Wooldridge. I have yet to hear back from anyone. With a deadline of 11/13th, I decided to call Carly's number and specialist Brielle Banks picked up. Not only did she assist me in helping find the form, she stayed on the line with me to make sure I didn't have any further questions. THAT'S CUSTOMER SERVICE! Thank you again, Ms. Banks. It was a 1-2-3 process and yet it took months of waiting. Appreciated Carly's patience, they should all be like this.

"This company should be investigated"

This company should be investigated. They offer a low initial rate and then 'audit' your business with an unreasonable amount of requested data that has nothing to do with other insurance providers. Then, after their 'audit' they up your rate and debit your account without authorization. My account was recently cancelled due to 'risk profile'. My company's risk profile is above average with no claims. I am grateful for the cancelation as it resulted in me getting a better rate with a reliable insurer. And now they are sending me audit notices for years gone by. After canceling me they are trying to extract more money. This is a fraud!
