We ordered 1 pair for me and 1 pair for my wife, initially ordered on January 6, 2025. (Order #981130)
My wife’s pair was sent as size EU 40, instead of the size ordered EU size 42. We sent an email requesting exchange multiple times with a picture of the incorrect size, “Emily” replied back a couple of times, but have received NO information on how to proceed with exchange. Not at all happy with customer service and Hike Footwear regarding this matter.

Just got my Cloud shoes yesterday and there were so much better than I expected! So comfortable that I did not want to take them off . The size is perfect and everything. I will definitely be buying more and am telling all my friends and family about these shoes. My only complaint is that it takes forever to get them.

The only thing I don't like is the tie. The plastic piece to tighten and loosen is annoying. The laces have stretched so much that I have to tuck them into the lace section. They are comfortable but seem flimsy as compared to other shoes for the price. I wear them mostly inside--not outside.
