They are truly amazing! I got a Apple car play installed for my husband’s car as a surprise birthday present. Knowing nothing about cars, I was supported along the process so nicely. I was explained everything, and it was installed at my house on his birthday. He loved it and I will be getting in contact with BMW customz when we need more work done.

Although the installation did not work for my car in the end, Nadim's communication all along the process has been great and he reimbursed me straight away when he found out he couldn't make it work. Also, after Nadim's intervention, my car was cleaner than before. Very professional!
