Had a drivetrain error which was caused by a weak auxiliary battery on my 330e. I got in touch with BMW Customz and he explained what needed to be done. He provided me with a quote and also managed to fit me in very quickly. The service from start to end was transparent and professional. The issue on my car was resolved. Excellent service. After going to another diagnostic/coder and being told one thing which didn't fix the issue. I was recommended this company and i must say, the knowledge and service provided was exceptional. Knew what he was doing, kept me informed with the next steps and fixed my Idrive issue I had. After going weeks without my infotainment system, feels good to have it back. Did not over charge as others would and fixed my issue.
Highly recommend them.

Eventually got the andriod auto installed in my F30.
Can't praise Nadim from bmwcustomz enough, he installed it in under an hr, the work carried out by him was immaculate & he was super helpful in setting it up to my phone & showing me how to use it.
