My experience of ordering the original duvet was fine. I ordered the wrong size and subsequently ordered a replacement which arrived and is wonderful. Trying ho get a returns label for the first duvet was very hard work. I dealt with Sinhal Miah who for some reason thought I was someone else. I kept texting them and eventually after 5 texted got thru to Sunhal he/she realised their mistake and I got a label and the duvet was returned. So now i await the refund
