My Monroe shocks were on back order for 2 weeks. I called them twice, and they lied trice about delivery. Because I was only at that mailing address for 14 days, I moved on and will have to pay shipping at my new destination.

Took much longer to get my shocks than shown when I checked out. Had to contact them several times to see what had happened when they didn't ship. I should have been contacted by shock warehouse and been informed that there would be a delay instead of me waiting for my shocks and then contacting them to see what was going on.

Far too long of a lead time, when they said items had already shipped. No communication. Sold me very clearly used shocks, missing all the hardware to install. Said they would send the needed parts, but never did. Had to call the manufacturer to make it right. Will never use again!

I didn’t have to wait too long for my order, now that I received it. It was also correct when it came. It would’ve been helpful, however, for some correspondence like letting me know that they received my order and when it shipped. There’s no hold option when you call customer service so your chances of speaking to someone is slim to nil. So I hope your order ships correctly or I can see there being difficulty rectifying any issues.

I really wish more companies were this easy to work with. Due to some confusion about the chassis on my motorhome the wrong shocks were shipped. I explained the situation to Carlos and he immediately sent me a return authorization. He then researched the problem, found the correct shocks and shipped them overnight. Excellent company to deal with!
