i have installed the shocks but have not had a chance to drive it. Install was fairly simple and with the drive around the block it does seem better but i need time and miles to determine quality.

"I WANT MY MONEY BACK"

Customer sales person was good. I placed an order based on part number on current Rancho Shocks on vehicle. Fronts delivered were incorrect but numbered correctly. Requested RMA, during RMA process customer Service Rep, Jacob, looked up and selected correct replacement for application. Items delivered were incorrect. Four inches to short. I have requested RMA multiple times and have never heard back from them.
So...
Out 200.00+ out of 400.00+ for original order. 50.00 dollars to ship back for replacement which were wrong. Out 200.00+ for wrong replacement and they wont respond to RMA request. Shocks that did fit blew both seals within one month of installation.

Bought high quality high end for 1400.00 with no issues.

900.00 wasted for poor service and poor products.

I WANT MY MONEY BACK PER WARRANTY AND TOC

"Excellent product"

Excellent product, service and shipping arrived within a week. As advertised. The shocks fit perfect on my 2" lowered 1978 Datsun 280Z. Like a new car, and took care of a slight pull to right when braking. Happy.

"Poor Service"

I was not informed that the shocks were not in stock, but I was given a delivery date. Needless to say, the date came and went. I called to check on my order but couldn’t get a response so I ended up using the online person to get answeres. The shocks were suppose to arrive the following day and then ship, that didn’t happen either. After the third time trying to find out when my order would be filled I was actually given shipping information. Maybe this was a fluke, but I’m very apprehensive about using the shockwarehouse or even recommending them to anyone. Not once was there any concern about the inconvenience of not delivering what was promised - Quality Service !!

"5 stars..cheapest price..no complaints."

After looking around for about 6 months and price watching, I got all my shocks and struts at shockwarehouse and saved a decent amount of money. Received the merchandise in a timely fashion, and all the part numbers were correct . The quality of the product was perfect. So my experience was great and id recommend them to anyone in the market for their suspension upkeep needs.
