I have only taken a 10 mile test drive with motor home as it is winter now but shocks seem to be making a difference also installed new tires and the driving experience is like day and night better

"Two different color shocks ???? Why ???"
They shipped quickly and all 4 shocks were in separate boxes and all packaged well inside a larger box. I made appointment to have them installed by my mechanic... he removed the shocks on the truck and took out the new shocks .... only to find that 1 front shock wash GREY ... and 1 front shock was BLACK ... and 1 rear shock was GREY ... and 1 rear shock was BLACK ... they had the correct REFLEX shock stock numbers ... but were two different colors.... What's up with that? Needless to say I was upset ...but what can I doo... the mechanic was ready to put them on. Do I get a discount ?

"New Shocks for Class C"
We are very happy with the difference these shocks made in the ride and handling of our class c motor home.
The motor home is new only had 3,000 miles when we installed the new Bilstein shocks. The original equipment were junk compared to the Bilsteins.
The difference the new shocks made in both the ride and handling are unbelievable. Well worth the time and money, very glad we did it!

"I went on the web site found the shocks …"
I went on the web site found the shocks that were said to be for my truck ordered them found out that the front ones did not fit, I contacted customer service they worked with me to find ones that would fit. Multiple calls over a couple of days I found the right ones on my own via a different web site contacted customer service again to see if I could send the two back that didn't fit for the other ones I found, they replied sure we can do that. I then shipped the old ones back and waited over three weeks and I received no email saying that they got then back yet, I then contacted customer service again they stated that we have had them but didn't know what to do with them at, so I had to explain the hole situation to them, they stated "oh so that is what is going on." Next they said they would ship it out that day that did not happen, then it was shipped out a few days later, I then got them three and a half weeks later and finally got them on, and have been working just fine.

There is a long story behind my ordeal when it comes to the Bilstein shocks I purchased from the Shockwarehouse.com, but lets just say the Shockwarehouse was the only one who could come through with the Bilstein 5100's when no one else could. The shocks were as advertised and they perform great. Thanks Shockwarehouse.

"Not as it should be"
Was told my shipment was to be delivered tomorrow. Tomorrow did not come for over a week. These people need to get truthful and no BS the customer. As far as the parts...The shocks for the front were good but the Timbren overloads had a bolt issue and their customer support was a bit testy.
