If you have a problem customer service refers you to the manufacturer who never answers . 2008 tundra bilstien rear Shocks didnt fit , had to make a spacer so the nut could thread all the way down . No big deal but the fact i needed extra parts and had to be on the phone forever is why i gave it 3 stars.
