Make sure you call them if you can not figure out what works on your vehicle. I paid shipping back to them which costs more than the shocks that actually fit

I have made two purchases of Monroe struts/shocks from Shockwarehouse. I have been very pleased with their price, quality and fast shipping. I would recommend them to potential customers.

"Product Return Issues"

Ordering and receiving products was an ok experience. However, having to return product was not a pleasant experience. I called the toll-free number numerous times and was never able to speak to a person. The call disconnected after waiting on hold for longer than a minute.

Contacting ShockWarehhouse via email was weak as well. Response took over a day if at all after the initial contact.

Having to pay over $40 to return the product seems unfair and not what I consider helpful customer service.

Contacting the chat line was a better experience as I was finally provided answers regarding a refund.

ShockWarehouse isn't pro-active which makes for a poor customer experience. I initiated all the calls from confirming that they received the product to finding out when I would receive a refund. Overalll, I would not purchase products again from ShockWarehouse in the future.

My first time (but not last) purchasing from SWH, great customer service, product knowledge, order processing and shipment! I inadvertently ordered the wrong shock, contacted SWH and ordered the two correct ones and was advised the procedure to return the wrong application shock.

Unfortunately I didn't see their overwhelmingly negative reviews until after I placed my order with them. So the next day I called them back to check on my order, and was met with a person who was immediately defensive on why I hadn't gotten any email updates. After mentioning that I was calling because of the negative reviews I had see of their company I was met with what I can only describe as a DRUG INDUCED TIRADE on how I was already the type of customer they didn't want. I told him that up until that point I hadn't decided on their company one way or the other, but that he had just fulfilled the promise of the other negative reviews by his own irrational and aggressive behavior.

Additionally, the reason I ordered with this company is because they were the only people I found listing the shock I wanted, which had just been discontinued by the manufacturer. Considering how other reviews speak of how they carry no inventory and have to place your order with the manufacturer, I don't believe I would have ever received them anyway.

And I hardly every write reviews, so please do yourself a favor and...

I bought Bilstein shocks to replace the original equipment on our 2015 Roadtrek 210 Popular (built on a 2014 Chevy Express 3500 chassis). They significantly improved the ride and handling of our RV.

I was able to purchase them from Shock Warehouse cheaper than Camping World or Amazon and my local Chevrolet truck dealer installed them for me.

I would not hesitate to purchase products from Shock Warehouse again in the future.
