I purchased 4 Rancho shocks for my vehicle and the ride after installation was to the point of being dangerous. I contacted you for rreplacements parts and you denied my request. You stated that the only recourse was to return for a refund. Which after purchasing new shock elsewhere the following week I had the defective shocks removed and installed the new product. I returned those parts using the return labels that you provided me in the original packing, and after 3 months I still have not received my refund. Thanks for ALL of your help solving this problem. NOT!!!

Good over all service.

I ordered a set of Bilstein 5100s for my truck. All was well until I opened the fourth box to install the last shock and it was used, severely -- it looked like it had been used as a boat anchor for several years. Needless to say I was pretty upset that I had to re-install a used shock since it was late in the day on a weekend.

Once they were in the following day, the Shockwarehouse guys made things right. A bit slow on shipping one out -- it took three business days before I had the replacement unit. Overall good though. I feel like it should not have been a problem to begin with (totally avoidable) so I cannot give 5 stars, but good recovery.
