First time I've used Cuckooland.com, had an issue with delivery of a trampoline ordered and damage to its packaging. As a precaution and to ensure my son doesn't have a disappointing Christmas Day, they arranged a replacement. I'd like to express my thanks to Beth who arranged this within customer services as a matter of course. Great customer service and will definitely use again and would certainly recommend to friends and family. Well done and hope you all have a great Christmas.

Great online shop - brilliant range of unique products. I have ordered a number of items including a toy rocking horse for my niece. Which she absolutely loves!!
When I asked questions about the product, they were quick to reply and very helpful.

"Awful"
Awful - Ordered a Sofa Bed from Cuckooland' website. Granted, it did specify the measurements under the dimensions page, but when ordering a 'Sofa Bed' one would assume that it would be big enough to sleep an average size adult. This can only accommodate a small child, if that. Now we have a 'Sofa Bed' that is not fit for purpose which we are told it will cost £50.00 to return plus a further (unknown) deduction for taking it out of the box!! I would have accepted an exchange from them and paid the difference for a more expensive sofa bed it it were an option.
On top of all this, I had to wait 7 weeks for delivery!! This service is shocking. I will not be recommending to anyone!!

"Massive delays & quality issues with Linea Leander Nursery Set"
Experienced massive delays and quality issues when I ordered “Leander Linea Nursery & Baby 3-piece furniture set”, which was hugely frustrating and time consuming to resolve.
I had initially ordered the nursery set via Cuckooland because it was advertised at a competitive price and delivery terms, however, opposed to the advertised expected dispatch time of 2-10 days, I ended up having a delay of almost 3-month before I had a complete, none-damaged nursery set in place.
Although Cucklooland customer service were very apologetic about these ongoing issues with this particular order, these issues just seemed to be never ending and I was almost losing faith that we’d ever receive a nursery set that was complete and not damaged. In addition to this it became quite stressful as the baby due date was coming very close, but we did not have the furniture we needed to complete baby room.
The issues ranged from a 1st delay, as the order had gone lost, then a 2nd delay as the manufacturer went on a 2 week summer break, followed by a 3rd delay and incomplete delivery (1 box out of the 7 boxes was missing). Once the missing box was delivered (this was approx. 8-9 weeks after the initial order) we started to assemble the nursery set and figured that some parts were incorrect as well as damaged, which made it impossible to complete the baby room.
Again, we had to wait for another 2 weeks until a replacement set was shipped to us. The replacement set did again contain damaged items, however, since we also had kept the parts from the first shipping we were lucky enough to match them up with none-damaged items from this delivery.
Considering I was constantly chasing customer service for updates on the issues and being clear about the urgency of timely and complete delivery (baby due date) it has taken way too long to get the issues resolved. To be fair, some of these issues may have also been caused by the manufacturer and delivery company, however, as an end customer I should not have to worry about cuckoolands supplier and partner relationships.

"Very poor experience"
Very poor experience. Ordered 2 beds & draws. Only 1 bed turned up. They won't update me with where the order is. Having parted with my money I am none the wiser about where my goods are. Terrible customer service.

"Great products, great company"
Only used the company once but would recommend. The items I ordered were delivered on time - and kept updated with delivery details for one item that was made-to-order. Had a slight issue with one product - a Zuiver Saber lightbox - but that was resolved the same day by James & Sam via an email through to customer services. You find out how good a company is when something goes wrong with an order, and Cuckooland impressed. Will order again

Avoid at all costs.
In brief, after three months of waiting for a product delivery: the company mucked-up the delivery (wrong address), did not admit fault or apologise, were not compliant or flexible in arranging re-delivery and then cancelled the order of their own volition.
Very unhelpful staff, dishonest and unfair, simply looking after their own interests.
Avoid at all costs.
Unfortunately, the response from cuckooland is rather misleading: very little effort was made to accommodate me and to rearrange delivery, apologise, or even remedy the situation in some way.

"Still waiting for bed to be delivered"
Still waiting for bed to be delivered. Emailed. Several days later received an email promising a call back the next day. And that was a week ago and still not heard.
Avoid.
