I want to give no stars really. Incorrect pieces in the parcel and the instructions did not match. Spare parts sent that were incorrect. Terrible customer service unable to speak to anyone directly

Bought a cabin bed last year. Sadly poor quality and now a year later one of the parts is damaged. Got in contact to request a replacement for which we are happy to pay- no reply. If we can’t replace this part we just wasted £500.

I was worried to buy from this website becasue saw couple of bad reviews, but still ordered bunk bed. I was surprised, really great communication, fast delivery, nice helpful drivers, and product is good, packaging was great, instructions. Really happy customer.

Do not buy a bed from this company.
I bought a child’s bunk bed for my 3 year old twins. When the bed arrived it was low quality and had damage in various places. We started constructing the bed and found that a key load bearing board had been manufactured without the inline nuts so could not be screwed together. As we were now half way in to the build and the house in complete disarray we had to stop and my children slept on mattresses on the floor that night. Next day tried the contact phone number (dead line) we were given no choice but to try and Bodge the build with items bought from local hardware shop. Bed now built but very disappointing general quality obviously made in china and sold to us at a huge mark up.

Do not buy from this company. I purchased a £2,000 bed, they are only contactable by email and don't respond or take hours to respond, they promised me a morning delivery and the bed didn't turn up. You can't speak to a human, and they will only dispatch goods from Yorkshire once they have enough to fill a truck. Absolutely shambolic.

"Charlie Mid Sleeper set"
I have purchased and built (24/08/2025) the charlie mid sleeper bed set.
Whilst I love the concept of the bed, primarily the attached walk up stairs.
The quality of the finished product is however questionable, there is a lot of minor defects and quality of finish issues.
With small gaps throughout, poor edging joining with glue seapages onto the face of wood, chipped laminate ate at edges where cutting occurred. The cupboard unit is missing two cam bolts (not yet built). But unfortunate as it's the last piece to be built.
Please see attached some pictures.
Also the mattress platform is 194ish cm meaning there will be gaps between the mattress and the foot and headboard. Also it is wider than a mattress. Which could also present problems.
If I was to be on the market for another mid sleeper or future high sleeps I would see myself purchasing another flair product or indeed recommending.
This is not a cheap item, but you would think it.

I ordered a table from them after another company were charging £30 delivery for a £25 side table This company charged £4.95 .
Ordered on 03.07.24 and delivered 05.07.24
Updated throughout the day on delivery time .
Will definitely use this company in the near future

UPDATE: The delivery arrived within 3 hours of me speaking with them, so must've already been on its way. Not the best experience, but I got what I paid for at a good price. The have said they will refund me the express delivery fee.
ORIGINAL:
Ordered a BBQ from cuckooland.com using my PayPal account. Paid for next day express delivery, and received an order confirmation. 2 days later, and still no confirmation of delivery. After checking online, Cuckooland Ltd is in administration.
My payment on PayPal shows as being taken by a company called Flair Furniture Ltd. I called them, and they are linked to Cuckooland.com but wouldn't tell me anything over the phone. The lady had access to their customerservice at cuckooland.com email address and said my emails had gone to their spam folder.
She said she'd pass a message on to the department that would handle my order and they'd email me today. I'm not hopeful but will update here.

This was a present and it got delivered unwrapped! The only box it came in was the item box so had the item all over it, the person who it was for, opened the door for the delivery and now their surprise present has been ruined!

"TERRIBLE customer service and faulty product! "
I purchased a faulty outdoor dining table set from cuckooland back in 2019- for context the set is currently selling for over £2000. I was given a replacement after a painful process of sorting out with them which seemed fine but the exact same problem has occurred with the new table. I have emailed them 3 times (2nd, 8th and 17th of April)with pictures and noted them of my rights under the consumer credit act and have still not received any response. I plan to call them tomorrow so will keep this post live to let you know whether it gets resolved or if this supposedly platinum award winning customer service company is ghosting their customers with complaints !
