Tu réserves sur le site et après il t’appelle pour te dire que ta réservation a changé. Il t’appelle et t’harcèle pour confirmer un vol qui n'est pas le même…l’heure et la date de retour sont changés et cela ne fonctionne pas avec le départ prévu. De plus il m'est demandé de débourser un montant supplémentaire pour avoir un autre vol qui ne fonctionne pas avec la date de retour. Je ne vous conseille pas de réserver sur ce site !!!

SCAM, THEY STEAL YOU AND MAKE EXTORSION!!!
A guy named arlo hernandez called me to tell me my flight from montreal to mexico city on march 5, was already completely booked and didnt have a seat left for me. He offered me to check other options, and finally said the only he had was another flight which price was 338 dollars + extra charges
I declined and told him i would not pay that much for a oneway flight and told him to just leave things like that and i would find another solution on my own.

It was when it started to be awfully wrong: he told me that if i didnt pay that overpriced flight (400 dollars is what i regularly pay for a ROUNDTRIP ticket) he was going to charge me the entire ticket FROM THE UNAVAILABLE FLIGHT as if it was MY personal decision to cancel this flight i asked for( cancelation fees are NOT CHARGED when this is THEIR fault and i've been traveling in over 30 countries using that kind of app, never been thru that kind of experience before)
i told him i couldnt afford a 338 dollars flight ANYWAY cause i didnt have that much in my account so even if he was being passive agressive toward me, that would not change the situation.
Then he finally told me he had a way to cancel my flight for free, and that's WHEN i got complete confirmation that it was a SCAM! This is what he forced me into: he sent me a link for a review request from trustpilot, with his personal jobs mail, told me to put 5 stars and write his name in the comments saying" arlo hernandez made a great job and complete with all my expectations" in spanish,take a screenshot after publishing it and send him back the screenshot as a proof that i did properly. And said that was THE ONLY WAY to get free from them taking my money!!!

To have a proof myself and being protected somehow that he forced me to do it, i sent with my screenshot " that i hope he will cancel my flight as he promise in return". I stayed completely calm and polite, which was REALLY hard, cause i knew it would leave me a few extra time if i was acting as a dumb genuine girl cause he couldnt expect my next step. If i would have behaved with agressivr accusations, maybe i wouldnt have made it in time for what i was about to do.

As soon as he hung up, i hurried to make an interac transfert in my roomies account ALL MY MONEY

AS I EXPECTED, they DIDNT CANCEL MY TRAVEL ( never received the cancelation's confirmation mail) After about 30 minutes, i received a mail from them for another flight and at the same moment, they started to call me as crazy at the point i had to block the number( 13 TIMES IN LESS THAN 10 MINUTES). It confirmed my suspicions and protecting my money was the right move to do!!!
Wish they respond about that situation, my booking ref is OPCM386609 and this guy was called arlo hernandez
i have everything to prove the extorsion and ill expose the entire situation within 2 days into my group if nothing is done. I'm REALLY UPSET i had to take my money out my account in order to protect me to get stolen and been threatened that way forcing for a fake review is totally CRIMINAL. I do have screenshots of this review i just erase from the plateform cause i DEFINITELY will not leave that here knowing he fools people forcing them into making fake reviews, now that i secured my money out of his reach and he cant try to rob an empty my bank account!!!! If you see good reviews about this specific guy, contact me on facebook and i can show you screenshots about whats really going on!!!
I want indemnity for that cause it F**KED my trip, i own and administrate a 12 000's backpacker's group called "les backpackers du québec" and i'll explain what happened with all the screenshots( all the reviews here too) within 2 days if flycheapestonline hide from their responsability! It's a DISGUSTING and non-profesional behavior and i wont leave things like that!

EDIT: i noticed that all the "good reviews" are mentionning the name of the caller they had to deal with. Just for that reason, IT DEFINITELY PROVE I'M NOT THE ONLY ONE. They do that in order to appear COMPLETELY legit cause you have a trustable meter from trustpilot when you want to book from these apps. These reviews are written EXACTLY in the same way they forced me to write mine! Name of the scammer they spoke with + saying HOW PERFECT the service was! Be aware guys and pay close atention to this kind of detail when you read reviews!

The agent who helped me was...Very knowledgeable and patient! I spoke to "Izan" over the period of two days to get my flights.I believe I was treated fairly and for the most part...all the requests I made were met! I will definitely use this booking site again in the future.
