Everything was great the only thing I would say is if it’s a gated community make sure you send gate code along with door code. Other than that we are thankful that there was an after hours number to call. We really enjoyed our visit can’t wait to do it again.

My family rented two houses. We had a terrible smell in the game room and a clogged shower drain in one house and flying bugs everywhere in the other. I called, texted and email asking for help but they kept telling me that they would contact a technician. Well, nine days into our 11 night rental finally we got someone to come because we had Internet problems at my request, I asked him to check into the odor and lo and behold. He found a dead mouse in a trap in the closet behind a Christmas tree that was being stored there. We couldn’t use the game room the entire time because of the odor. I will never Rent a house From this company again.
I just read the reply from BRMR. It is false. No one ever came until I had internet issues at the end of our trip. Do not mislead readers. I haven’t been contacted for a credit either. No one from this company reached out to me to say that someone was at the house and to tell me of their findings. Each time I called or emailed you would think that they would tell me so. Even in your reply to my review, your company is not trustworthy.

Fine except there are 9 bulbs blown, downstairs exterior doors are impossible to lock, all dining table chairs need the bottoms replaced, there was no ice in freezer.
