Ein Mega-Service und beste telefonische Beratung, so dass ich gern Monika und Agnesa einen sechsten Stern verleihen möchte. Die Produktions- und Lieferzeit wurde eingehalten und die Qualität meiner Fasssauna ist herausragend! Tolles Unternehmen. Ich bin überglücklich, bei der Suche nach einer Outdoor-Sauna, auf Baltresto gestoßen zu sein. 6 Sterne gehen nach Estland.

"very happy with 1.6m barrell sauna to Ireland"

I purchased the 1.6m barrell sauna from Baltresto - ordered 14th November, delivered to Ireland Jan 26th (~9 weeks), assembled 2 weeks later.
The sauna arrived on a 2m-long pallet - very securely fastened. The quality of the timber of the pallet was better than most building timber you can purchase in Ireland, from quite old-growth trees - a very good omen.
In my case, the delivery guy dropped it into the garage (I had a spot cleared already, and my own pallet-truck in case I had to move it myself).
I found it relatively easy to assemble with my son, over 2 days for the barrell - just be patient. It would be difficult to assemble if you're on your own. We had very few issues - one warped timber, and of course it was right at the end - there's an advantage into checking everything before starting to assemble. I found the door a bit of a challenge to fit well, but all OK in the end.
Fitting the seating is interesting - ignore the walls and the measuring tape and just use a spirit level and all will be well - it's the same approach as doing carpentry on a boat. That took another evening or two.

It's the first time I've used torx screws, but no issues encountered. The supplied screws seem better quality than the ones I've been bulk-buying and using for the past 10 years or so

The 6kW electric heater is superb. I also fitted a 5m "neon LED rope" for internal lighting which I'm very happy with, although I don't expect it to last long, given the temperatures it's exposed to.

We're really enjoying the sauna - temperatures up to 95 degrees.

I would very much recommend the Baltresto sauna - good communications at the beginning of the process.

Wir haben leider spät entdeckt, dass ein augenscheinlich stimmig geliefertes Teil doch nicht passte. Die Lösung wurde sehr schnell gefunden und Ersatz trotzdem umstandslos direkt geliefert.

J'ai commandé un poêle à bois pour bain nordique en aluminium il y a plusieurs mois. Nous avons rencontré beaucoup de problème : le foyer est toujours inondé d'eau au fond, impossible de l'allumer...soit c'est la condensation (problème de conception), soit c'est le tubage qui n'est pas étanche! Quand le temps est sec, on arrive à allumer le feu (pas évident avec l'humidité de l'hiver en montagne), et au bout de 3 allumages, l'aluminium du poêle c'est déformé!!! Une catastrophe pour du locatif saisonnier, les clients sont très déçu et j'ai du changer tous le système et perdu des réservations! Le SAV de Balresto (après pleins d'échanges), me répond que des choses incohérentes et ne veulent rien savoir! J'ai perdu 486€ et le poêle est dans un coin du jardin!
Produit de très mauvaise qualité! SAV pas sérieux!!!

Nach nicht mal 6 Monaten ist die Treppe auseinander gefallen schrauben viel zu kurz , Kundenservice keine Antwort nicht existent, Abdeckung ist auch nicht wasserdicht , altes in allem mangelhaftes Material sehr billig 3900€ für nix
