I recently had a very unprofessional experience with Birch Lending Services. My initial interaction was with Toan, who seemed very uninformed. We spent an hour and a half on the phone going over the same exact questions, only to be approved after such a long wait.

Yesterday, Clair told me that the amount I was approved for was "voided" with no documentation to support this claim, despite having signed for an agreed amount that was never disbursed. When I called Birch Lending again today, I spoke with Toan once more, who approved me for a significantly lower amount.

To make matters worse, after signing two loan agreements back to back, I still haven't received any funds. This entire process has been incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. I would not recommend Birch Lending Services to anyone.
