"WHERE DID YOU GET MY INFO?"

I never applied for a loan with them but received an email and text congratulating me on being pre-approved. How did they receive my name, email and number? Not sure but when they called I answered and asked for them to remove my info from their databases. I was told I had to be transferred to another department and I repeated myself and ended the call. This was a very intrusive experience.
