I was skeptic about taking a loan out with birch lending since I had never heard of them. The whole process was super simple, I had my funds the next day, the payment plan is affordable but you are paying alot, I was okay with the payment amount since this was an emergency loan. Customer service is always available n very helpful. Overall happy with my experience.
