Wendy heard me out as I rattled off what the intended use for the product.
Once I shared the intended use and the dimensions of the enclosures she said she would get to work and have me some answers by the end of the day.
True to her word an email popped up about 4:30 that suggested the appropriate gel cartridge and a table that showed the math to arrive at the proper cartridge size.
Also, MSDS information and the process for maintaining the Gel packs long term was attached.
I was then able to confirm the requirements and execute the order.
Nice to have smart and friendly folks to talk with that know their stuff.

"Couldn't cancel order, but great customer service"

Due to a mix-up, my family ended up ordering 2 of the same product. NovaaLab was too efficient at shipping out our products that we weren't able to stop it in time. But, Erika at customer service sent me a return label, confirmed receipt of my return and credited back the return of one of the products very quickly.

"My healing pad stopped working"

My healing pad stopped working, so I replied to a marketing email that I had sad news. Buck responded right away with instructions on what I needed to do to get a replacement, and he confirmed my shipping address. I sent a 10-second video that demonstrated the device did not work. This morning, around 6 am, I received confirmation that my replacement had shipped! How’s that for customer service and honoring a warranty?!?!? Thank you NOVAA Lab!!!!

"Excellent product and customer service "

Prompt customer service. They are excellent.
The device has kept my torn meniscus from acting up and also keeping my 2 torn rotator cuffs from getting worse. I use it everyday!
I do wish you had a shoulder device that would cover the upper back, shoulder and the upper arm. I would give the pad a 4-5 star rating.
