company promised refund for missing order months ago. never happened and they ignored many messages. I could list them all here, about 25.
after i filed a dispute with my bank they replied to the message. Ha! Telling, right? Now all the sudden they want to make sure I am taken care of.

"This product doesn’t do as it says."
This product doesn’t do as it says.
I’ve been using it consistently for several months and doesn’t do anything at all, I’m a very conscious user and I dedicate over 20 minutes every night to my teeth cleaning routine, however I don’t see my teeth getting whiter nor my sensitivity of my teeth has decreased at all.
I contacted NovaaLab at the first month of using it saying this and they told me I needed to give more time, it’s been over 4 months and still don’t see any improvements. I reached out again and they said their policy return is 60 days, which I wasn’t told initially when I contacted them first time.
This seems tricky and cheating way of doing business.
Don’t buy it it’s not worth it
After your reply, you are just confirming my previous statement, only apologizing without actual actions of remedy doesn’t really do any good, if you were a company who actually care about your costumers you would issue me a refund as I asked directly to your company.
