"I wouldn't even give them 1 star"

I wouldn't even give them 1 star. I used them to try to resolve a dispute between myself and a housing association regarding selling a shared ownership property. It took me a while to realise that I wasn't getting a Responce from them because they weren't doing anything! After 1 year of trying to get information from them and trying to get the dispute resolved, I finally changed solicitors and it was sorted in 2 months. I also payed them an extra £600 fee and they didn't do what they were supposed to but wouldn't refund me either. All in All, a waste of time and money

"Absolutely screwed up my leasehold…"

Absolutely screwed up my leasehold extension costing me an extra 5K because they assumed a clause was in the contract. Freeholders solicitors argued that it wasn’t there. Hodders could prove the assumption and I’m left out of pocket. Of course they still end up being paid for their service. Now 6 months later I’m still waiting for confirmation from them on the new lease being registered.

Fantastic support, advice, assistance and encouragement all the way, they never gave up, even when there was significantly less professional behaviour from the other side (my buyers solicitor).
I would recommend this group to anyone.
