"Very concerning as after receiving a…"

Very concerning as after receiving a rush of paperwork to sign 10 days ago, there has been no further communication from Hodders Law at the point of writing this review. I have outstanding questions and two documents appear to be missing.

I have attempted to pay the 10% in order for completion to go ahead, yet the payments keep bouncing back and my bank tells me there is an issue with Hodders bank account.

No one at Hodders Law has replied to my multiple messages this past week and now it seems all the phone lines are dead.

I have checked with the appropriate legislative body who tell me they are still trading.

I now risk losing the sale - not to mention being out of pocket by £350 for the searches.

Wonder if anyone else has been experiencing similar?

After I paid a part of money and waited 4 weeks the bank NatWest told me to find another solicitor because this one is not accepted by bank. I contacted them and they still told me that the bank is making a mistake. After a few days I needed to find another solicitor. Waste of time and money. The new solicitor didn't recognize any work from them....

nobody is answering my calls or emails. I've completed the purchase of my flat last year, this year my freeholders company says nobody has served them an official notice that the owner of that flat has changed, threatening with legal action. I tried to follow up with Hodders but I got a reply that the email I used is no longer monitored and when I tried to call, nobody is answering. AVOID!

This was the first time I had used Hodders Law, there due diligence was outstanding, very thorough, and understanding of the process, had to form a Ltd company, for freeholds, create new lease plans, Hodders law created new leases in order to refinance the property with another mortgage lender, and dealt with the whole process. The whole process went smoothly. Very happy.
