"Rude and unreliable"

I instructed them on the purchase of my property. They were rude, unreliable and terrible at maintaining communication. They leave juniors to run deals totally unsupervised so when I reached out to the senior she was even less helpful. Zero accountability. I had to rely on communicating with the sell side team in order to get anything done. Would not recommend at all.

"I cannot recommend Hodders Law"

I cannot recommend Hodders Law. They almost never take your calls direct. They use a call centre that are frankly painful to deal with. Often it will take you days to get a response from your conveyancer, sometimes a week or more. Many of my emails were not responded to. Key emails from the third party solicitors did not reach me.

When I asked for money off the conveyancing fees, they paid it without quibbling it which led me to believe that they suspect that their customer service is not the best.

Use somebody else would be my advice.

I had the the good fortune of Daylia Jonson working on my sale Daylia was thorough, helpful and explained the process.
However, I was assigned a different conveyancer for purchase. Could not understand why, this experience was a little haphazard, with the conveyancer going on annual leave part way through the purchase. Lady luck was on my side as Daylia, was assigned in his absence. Again Daylia was helpful thorough and professional.

I am very pleased with how my case was assessed from the beginning by RJay. He is very knowledgeable and accommodating. However, the client care team got the purchase price wrong and was a bit slow to reply on my query. However, I am satisfied with the services offered. I am glad with Karen being ever so patient. Obviously, I can take into account the email was not the best form of communication. I wish there was a text reminder if a message is coming through as I don't monitor my email inbox closely.
