I'm only halfway through the process of selling my flat and buying a new home, but Hodder are super quick at responding. Every time I send an email asking for information, I can count the seconds before I get a phone call from the lovely Clark giving me sound advice. Let's hope it continues in this same vein because I have been so impressed with their efficiency and friendly service. And good value to boot!

This firm is extremely poor at communication. They were supposed to handle my conveyancing for my purchase. It was constantly left to me to phone, email, chase and get them to do the work.

Now 4 months after exchange I am still waiting for Hodders to complete the change of leaseholder details for my property to inform the local authority. Hodders "took the money" and have not done the work. Nobody will give a straight answer.

I have phoned, emailed and chased and keep being told again and again it is the "Post-Sales Team". This lack of service has halted my plans to update my property as there is no record of my being the leaseholder due to Hodders not doing the work they have been paid for.

Spend more money for a firm that will do the job properly and one that understands what client communication is all about.

Currently dealing with Carol at Hodders Law
Trying to purchase a property where neither party are in a chain. Sounds an easy task? Well so we thought too.

The Estate Agents are also trying to push things along, to no avail.

13 weeks since since the file was passed to Carol to deal with.

Nothing has moved along for 9 weeks.

Carol doesn’t reply to emails, take or return calls. On the one occasion we spoke with her she said she is very busy and will look at the file “when she can”.

Quite honestly the worst Customer Service we have received.
Absolutely no idea what is happening with our purchase

I have problem with my bank. I want to Hoddesdon solicitor it's not help at all. Also they took me money 900 it's not help. Please be aware that this solicitor is not good at all.
