"Casale Brolio a Castiglion Fiorentino"

Sono rientrato da una settima dalla bella vacanza presso il Casale Brolio a Castiglion Fiorentino e non posso che complimentarmi per tutto l'insieme.
Gli incaricati di Emmavillas sono stati molto professionali, disponibili e cordiali e hanno cercato di accontentarmi nelle mie richieste che discordavano dallo standard previsto.
Il casale affittato si é confermato lo splendore riportato nelle fotografie pubblicate sul sito e non abbiamo trovato sorprese negative come spesso accade.
Luogo molto rilassante e silenzioso con una splendida piscina che ha rinfrescato le calde giornate.
Alla casale non manca nulla ed é corredato di una cucina professionale (da ristorante) che ci ha permesso di sentirci dei grandi cuochi per una settimana.
Anche il proprietario, che vive in una porzione attigua e separata, si é dimostrata persona cordialissima e mai invadente. Sempre disponibile per ogni necessità e nonostante tutto lo abbiamo visto solo in due occasioni.
E' stata proprio una settimana perfetta dove abbiamo veramente ricaricato le batterie vivendo in mezzo alla natura.
Ottima alternativa alla classica vacanza al mare

Abbiamo soggiornato una settimana in una splendida villa in Piemonte, Le langhe oltre la siepe.
La villa è davvero una chicca, appena ristrutturata ed arredata con grande gusto e attenzione ai particolari. La piscina ben attrezzata ha permesso di trascorrere giornate molto divertenti con i ragazzi, mentre gli adulti potevano rilassarsi godendo della vista spettacolare sulle verdi colline piemontesi. La padrona di casa con la sua presenza discreta, ma molto rassicurante ha sempre soddisfatto tutte le nostre richieste.
L'organizzazione di Emma Villas è stata davvero molto efficiente: pur avendo prenotato a poche settimane dalla partenza, ci hanno seguito con attenzione e disponibilità.

We spent 2 weeks in June in a Villa rented by EmmaVillas. It was fantastic trip for us. After the Covid we decided to don't move from Italy (it seems so hard to do it) and for the first time we rented a private place like villa with swimming pool close to Rome, for be able to visit the city and the surrounding countryside. everything was better than we expected, and the booking service was very nice to answering all our questions and doubt before leaving. Also the service during our stay was very quick to solve a little problem appeared on the pool and the owner was so nice with us giving a little present at our arrive.
we surely repeat this experience next year probably in another villa in Toscany!

Abbiamo soggiornato in una proprietà di Emma Villas in Toscana e siamo rimasti pienamente soddisfatti della nostra esperienza. Bellissima proprietà, molto pulita e ben accessoriata e ideale per una famiglia numerosa come la nostra. Piscina stupenda e molta privacy. Accoglienza ed organizzazione ottime, soprattutto considerato il contesto particolare legato al Covid-19.
Ci rivolgeremo sicuramente a Emma Villas nuovamente per le nostre prossime vacanze.

Further to your response to my posting of the 4th June I have emailed your company as advised in your reply & copied the same into the HomeAway portal. I have not received any response from either. I note that you have staff eager to reply to criticisms on Trustpilot and can quote dates and facts in your reply's but the same staff wont reply direct to emails etc. I am clearly not the only customer who you are trying to short change. I once again ask that you respond to my email which I will resend. Should you choose to ignore it I will have no choice but to take further action.

Ampia disponibilità di ville, tutte di livello. Servizio clienti buono, a volte non immediato il feedback ma visto il periodo direi comprensibile. Per il resto procedura di booking lineare e senza intoppi. La villa dove abbiamo soggiornato, Villa Francesca Romana, spettacolare!

Large selection of amazing villas. Customer service is ok, just sometimes a little bit longer time to get a feedback, but can be understood considering the pandemic. In the website it is clearly highlighted that, in case travel restrictions or other issues (for example, new lockdown imposed) there is no refund but you will get a voucher to be used in another period. So when booking during this crazy pandemic period, just take into account this to avoid later misunderstanding on having money back. The villa we rented, Villa Francesca Romana, is simply outstanding

"Marc Bunagura"

Marc Bunagura, I had exactly the same experience with them. They were fully on board to collect the deposit the there is radio silence from them now, no where to be found. I even had a relative call from Italy the BS they gave them is that they needed to speak with me. Four emails since mid April and no contact. As we say in Italian "sono una società di merda" Good luck I was just try to roll over the deposit into 2021 but I will find another option. The insurance they claim to have on the villa if you read it is a piece of crap.

"Booked a Villa with Emma Villas for June 2020"

Booked a Villa with Emma Villas in February just before the pandemic really took off. Paid deposit and the balance was due end of April. I was told not to cancel by them but to wait until May 10 when they would suggest a way forward. I contacted them by email May 5 and heard nothing back ( various chat attempts and calls made as well). On May 11 got a legal email saying because i failed to pay balance by May 10th i had lost booking and deposit. The email stated to contact their 'operators' as it could be used towards a booking in 2021 at same place and dates. So I emailed, tried ringing various numbers and chatted online to someone who told me to contact the reception ....still no replies. Now i know its been a difficult time for all across Europe but other parts of the holiday which had been booked have contacted me and refunds/voucher offers made. The Europ Assist insurance you take out with them excludes claims if booking is caused by pandemic! So is useless .....At the back of all this is the UK Foreign Office recommending no international travel so i would be grateful for someone at Emma Villas to have the courtesy to contact me!
