"If you cancel a booking no deposit refund!"

We had booked a villa through this company for the end of June, beginning of July this year. We paid a substantial deposit. Unfortunately because of the Corona Virus we have had to cancel our trip. The company are saying that we should wait and see what happens before cancelling and if we cancel they will not be reimbursing the deposit paid. I would advise people to be very careful about booking through this site as sometimes ones plans change and you too could loose your deposit (and don’t make the mistake of not reading the general rental conditions like we did!). Another property we had hired the week before was cancelled easily and we have already received our deposit refund (through AirB&B)

We stayed in one of Emmas Villas in June of 2019. My family of 4 were very happy. I keep reading bad reviews about this company but honestly I had a great experience. They answered my very many emails about questions I had about how to travel around Italy for our first time. Everything went smoothly. I recommend them to all my friends here in states. We loved our villas so much we are going back in 2021.

We recently rented a villa from EMMA villas in Tuscany, Podere Gellino in Chianciano Terme near Siena. We paid just under 3000 Euros for 1 week, for 3 of us, intentionally booking a 5 bed villa for lots of space. The villa itself and the views were lovely. The beds however, were shocking. Thin mattresses in a wooden frame. We moved to other rooms, no better. All 3 of us returned to the UK with chronic back issues.

I complained to EMMA villas in Tuscany, to little avail. On our return we were offered a 10% discount on another booking off peak in selected villas.

We have rented villas in Tuscany many times over many years. We have no problem paying €3000 for a week for a great holiday.

So my advice is, if you don’t mind paying a lot, and returning home with chronic back problems, stay at PODERE GELLINO. The views are great!

"Highly recommended"

Great service. We rented a villa in Pesaro in July 2019 and can highly recommend Emma Villas. Communication prior to booking was very professionel and the villa was great. We needed a doctor while at the villa and Emma Villas was very helpful with that also.
