I've had Webware managing our website and SEO for one year now and while there were challenges, all of the team members have done an incredible job getting my site the look and traffic I was hoping for. I couldn't be more satisfied with the results and price! Their expertise in SEO and website development truly transformed our online presence. I signed up with webware.io to help improve the marketing for our two businesses. Initially, I had a very positive experiences with Peter, their salesperson. He was professional and helpful, which made me feel confident about moving forward with them. However, shortly after signing up, I came across numerous negative reviews about Webware, and many of the concerns raised were serious, these reviews heightened my skepticism with my previous bad experiences.
As my fear of potential negative consequences for my businesses grew, I decided to cancel both contracts. Webware tried to explain the situations But I couldn't shake the fear of putting my businesses at risk. I contacted my bank to dispute the initial payment and informed Peter of my decision via email.
After two months of interaction with Webware, I was pleasantly surprised by how understanding and helpful they were throughout the entire process. They addressed my concerns and we reached a resolution that left me feeling much more confident in their service. I truly appreciate their commitment to customer relationships and support.
This experience has completely changed my view of webware. Despite my initial doubts they proved to be professional, helpful, and dedicated to addressing my fears. "Transparent Experience Working with Webware"

This a transparent review of my experience with webware:

Initial onboarding call went well. Lots was promised and I had high hopes. I referenced an existing site that is a client of webware saying that is the exact kind of quality I want. This was made very clear.

I onboarded a client, passed it to webware for site build. Waited 4-5 weeks, and the site that came back was a gut wrenching site that is built on a very basic theme, with no on-page SEO optimization.

I packed, legitimately packed because I cannot deliver this amateur looking site to a client (it was very very different to the referenced site I mentioned during the onboarding call). I quickly made a maneauver to ask for client opinions then me and my development team whipped up a fresh site, fully SEO optimized site over the weekend and delivered. Deal SAVED!

Meanwhile this was communicated with webware and they offered to redo the site (good let's give them another chance).

During this time my team continued with the contracted SEO work and put out over 2000 pages of content that eventually boosted the indexable keywords by 10 fold and increasing. However this is going to be another 4 weeks for reasons I do not understand.


4-5 weeks later the site returned, not SEO optimized, but the site is somewhat mirroring what my team have built for the home and basic pages. Regrettably, I cannot use what they have built as SEO is not done properly and I would loose indexable keywords if I switch, not to mention the 2000+ unique content pages that we credated.

I want to add that the correspondence time between messages would be minimum 48 hours WORKING DAYS. This led to major delay in any sort of meaningful site build collaboration resulting to this dillema of 3 months in, no meaninful output that can be utilized.

I attempted to work with their team but communication has been slow. The senior account manager is adamant that this communication window was communicated and never once said sorry.

I am too sorry that I have to leave them behind then as I can't afford to deliver nothing to my client for 3 months.

The AI engine they proposed is of mediocre quality. It will not pass AI detection nor Ahref's deep content standard.

Overall I also find the dashboard hard to navigate and communication being difficult. What was suppose to offload some work to my agency became a sunk cost and headaches.
