"Excellent company"

Excellent company. Never had any issues with delayed instalments, my family have all had great professional workers, I could not be more pleased with the craftsmanship and politeness of City Energy staff. Would highly recommend.

"full of false promises"

Offered free boiler & radiators as part of government scheme to my elderly disabled nan for 2 rooms with no heating. Boiler was fitted but no radiators. Called every week for months and told everytime no one is available to deal with this, but if I leave my number someone WILL call me back. No one ever does. This week was told on Monday that they would be here Monday, its now Wednesday evening and yet again no show! Obviously this company is full of false promises so beware


Update: spoke to owner who acknowledged the mistakes and offered a full upgrade of all radiators in the system free of charge!
