Excellent, and exceptional customer service. Such a sad process was dealt with professionally, compassionately and smoothly every step of the way. We were excellently advised and guided through all aspects of the funeral planning, every last detail was very well thought out. Plus we were kept well informed regarding the latest COVID restrictions changes. On the day of the funeral the staff were very professional and respectful, the live stream worked really well, and the flowers were lovely. We would highly recommend Hillier’s.

Loosing a loved one is a very hard and a stressful sad time being faced with the funeral arrangements whilst trying to come to terms with your loss is so difficult, The team at Hillers were simply amazing when I lost my mum, they were always so compassionate and nothing was ever to much for them, from the moment mum left us and they took her away to care for her to the moment we laid mum to rest I felt so reassured every detail was explained and taken care of ... we the Viola family would like to thank you all at Hilliers . "Very professional but friendly and helpful."

Unfortunately, I have had to use their services three times in three years but on each occasion, the staff have been very professional but also friendly and compassionate. Options were discussed but I was always given time to think about my choices or no issues if I changed my mind. Kelvin explained the restrictions imposed on funerals during the current lockdown and updated me of any changes as lockdown were eased. The day of the funeral was definitely less stressful as we knew what to expect - from how the few seats would be arranged to other social distancing issues. I would highly recommend Hillier Funeral Service.
