I had to return an item I purchased.
I received an E-mail that asked me to print out a return label.
I tried to print it but discovered there was no attachment.
I sent a message to your company informing them of the problem.
I received a message that the attachment would be sent by the weekend.
The attachment never came.
I contacted your customer service and finally received the attachment.
My advice would be to not send the E-mail without the attachment!!!
