Je vous informe que je vais entamer une procédure judiciaire à votre égare. Depuis bientôt 1 mois je suis encore en attente d’un remboursement à la suite d’une erreur de votre part, je trouve ça inadmissible qu’un site de votre calibre ne sache pas s’occuper de ses clients.
Je me suis renseigner et conformément à la Loi vous avez légalement 14 jours pour rembourser des clients sous peine d’avoir une majoration après chaque jours nous remboursé. Ce qui contera à Oscaro bien plus que ma simple commande que je demande juste à a voir sur mon compte bancaire.

These folks are trying, but have had an 80% error/failure rate of the half dozen orders placed. They will readily address issues, but that doesn't help me when I'm under my car and am trying to put in a defective part and don't get that I ordered in the first place.
