Have had multiple flawless transactions with Oscaro, and although this latest order had issues, they did work to resolve them positively, although not in a timely manner.

Had an order show up missing a needed part that I paid for. Took 5 days of back and forth emails to get it sent out to me, and when they did send it, it wasn't overnighted, leaving me without a car for nearly 10 days. Should have been something they took care of immediately with an overnight drop ship. However, after the fact they did realize their multiple failures and offered me a substantial discount on my next order, which was a strong good faith gesture.

Parts quality is outstanding, and when I've needed warranty replacement, they've stood behind their parts and replaced them without any issue. I will continue to be a customer.
