Purchased a slant board to help stretch out lower legs, couldn't fault it - strong and well made, various adjustable angles, basically does what it says on the box - easy to order and arrived on day RPM advised - I would certainly recommend RPM and make them my go to fitness equipment supplier

what a fantastic turnaround!!! my original message was this - 20 days have passed still no package... and no updates...
Starting to get pissed
Then i got a call from them with an apology and they shipped a replacement with a fantastic bonus, I ordered as at present for my father who has had a stroke and was meant for his rehabilitation. I got a nice handwritten note and extra stuff for my father he can use for rehab.

I'm really grateful such a nice comeback and upgrade to 5 big stars!

I dropped one of my adjustable dumbbells and one of the discs of the handle broke. I rang RPM and they said they could replace the broken piece on the handle. So I posted it to them and although it was almost Christmas they repaired it and returned it to me very quickly, It was a very reasonable price for repair and postage. I would definitely recommend RPM. Their sales and aftersales customer service is brilliant.
