"Ball is a great invention, fab upper forearm workout"

Price was best around, postage was quick, but most of all the ball is great, it does take a little practice "like stiring a cuppa with a spoon" wrist action, but when you do get it, it spools up great and upper forearm and wrist workout is strong!! Fab invention
