"Incredibly frustrating.."

I ordered these dumbbells back in September.. Apparently there was some issues in shipping, I reached out to customer support multiple times about this and I mostly received no response at all. I finally received notice from the courier to schedule delivery and once arrived, I found that only one of the dumbbells (I ordered a pair) had been sent. Needless to say this experience has been quite unpleasant and is only made worse by the fact customer support never responds.
