We purchased the cross over bundle rack. I will say shipping happened very quickly! But, no tracking. The unit arrives on a shipping pallet. The whole bundle is wrapped so well it arrived in perfect condition. The instructions to build are diagrams only and the cable system you really have to figure that out yourself. But, it’s easy to figure ( you just need to look at the rack online). I’d definately purchase from RPM power again. It took perhaps 3 hrs to build and is everything we were hoping for and more. Highly recommend. 100% happy with our purchase!
