Eventually got to speak to someone about one of the ski machines we purchased December 2023 that had seemingly broken. We arranged an online call for 10.00am this morning so that Adam could diagnose the problem. Adam did not contact us nor did he respond to our call to him. This just gets worse especially as the machine is still under warranty. So now we have a ski machine that is under warranty but does work and a call that didn't happen...!

"OUR SKI MACHINE IS NOW FIXED "

Eventually we managed to arrange a virtual face to face call on the 15th October and when the engineer finally got to see the issue he was able to talk us through the process of fixing it very quickly. So the ski machine is now working properly again. If this had been arranged when we contacted RPM, our review would have been 5 star. However, we are pleased and relieved that we got there in the end
